7. Returns, Exchanges, Replacements & Refunds

9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer refusal, inability to contact the customer, or another customer-attributable reason, the parcel may be returned to VELNORA Fashion Hub.

Any refund or re-shipment in such circumstances will be handled according to our applicable policies, and reasonable shipping/RTO charges may apply where permitted.
